Payment of Fee : (A) Fee can be remitted at HDFC
Bank, Branch in favour of “Vidya Vahini” by cash/DD, from 01 to 15 of
every due month. The Payment later than this will be accepted along
with late fine. Bank will accept fees only for current month.
(B) In case of non deposit of fee within two months from the end of
fee due month the name of the students will be struck Off from rolls
without any further notice and re-admission may be granted only at the
sole discretion of Principal/Management. In case of re-admission the
re-admission fee equivalent to Rs. 1000/- would be charged in addition
to the other dues, including fine as applicable.

Timing : 09:30 am to 03:30 pm, (Monday to Friday)
(1st & 3rd Saturday) except Bank holidays.

Entries : Parents/Guardian should ensure that all
column in the Pay-in-Slip are correctly filled. Incomplete/Illegible
slips will not be accepted. In case of incorrect information in the
pay-in-slip, late fees and/or school discipline rules will apply.

Receipts : Counter foils in the booklet should be
duly stamped by the bank and retained as official receipts by the
Parents/Guardians.

Safe-Keeping : Parents/Guardians are responsible for
the safe keeping of this booklet. Incase of loss or defacement, a
duplicate fee book (duly stamped as such) will be supplied by the
school in payment of Rs. 50/- as fine.

Transfer : This booklet will be attached to the
application when applying for TC. The same will be closed & returned
by the school office along with the TC.

Deposit of School fee by due date is the responsibility of the
parents.
